Orders
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, with most orders typically dispatched within 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@remedy.uk.com and we will do our best to help.
I haven’t received my order confirmation
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes — you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Are shipping costs refundable?
No — original shipping costs are non-refundable.

My item is damaged or faulty
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos where possible. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
I entered the wrong address
