6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused and in original condition
- items must be returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
