Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused and in original condition
- items must be returned in their original packaging
Please note:
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
- we recommend using a tracked service when returning items

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- items that have been used or worn
- items not in their original condition
- any items returned outside of the 14-day return window
